 Answer : 10 cm

 

Solution: In fact the solution is quite simple. 

Let us look back at the diagram. DC is 5 and also c to the next point on circle is also 5 as is shown in the diagram.

As D is the center of the circle, the radius is 10 units. As B is also a point on the circle, DB is radius and hence DB = 10. DB is the diagonal of the rectangle.

So the other diagonal AC is also 10cm.
