Puzzle 132 - Triple the value

To the fraction 1/3, if you add 3 to both its numerator and denominator, its value doubles - it becomes 4/6 = 2/3.

Find a fraction whose value triples when you add its numerator to both numerator and denominator. Find also the fraction whose value quadruples when you add the numerator to numerator and denominator.

If two cards remain after dealing them for 5, the largest value less than 52 will be 47 If there are 47 cards and they are dealt to 3 people, 2 cards are left If they are dealt to 4 people 47 - 44 = 3 cards are left So 47 is the correct answer.
